Swimming:  Saturday, Feb 4th - Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC), Cary  
Facility opens 7:30 a.m.  
Pool open for general warm-ups 7:45 a.m.-8:15 a.m.  
Sprint lanes and specific assignments 8:15-8:30 a.m.  
Clear the pool for coaches’ meeting 8:30 a.m.  
Coaches’ meeting 8:35 a.m.  
Competition begins following coaches meeting.


Diving: Friday, Feb. 3rd – Pullen Aquatic Center, Raleigh
Men’s Warm-ups 1:30-2:15 p.m.  
Men’s competition 2:15 p.m. until completion.  
Women’s warm-ups 45 min. at the conclusion of the men’s 
competition-followed by the women’s competition.
