4A High School State Swimming & Diving 2012

Swimming: Saturday, February 11th – Triangle Aquatic Center, Cary
Facility opens – 7 a.m.
Pool open for general warm-ups: 7:30-8 a.m.
Specific sprint lanes and specific assignments: 8-8:15 a.m.
Clear the pool for coaches’ meeting: 8:15 a.m.
Coaches’ meeting: 8:20 a.m. (Head coach and captain must attend)
Prelims: Begin after coaches’ meeting until completion
Facility opens for finals:  3:30 p.m.
Final warm-ups: 4 p.m.
Finals: 5 p.m.



Diving: Friday, February 10th – Pullen Aquatic Center 
Men’s warm-ups – 1-1:45 p.m.
Men’s competition – 1:45 p.m. until completion
Wen’s warm-ups – 45 minutes at the conclusion of the 
men’s competition followed by the women’s competition
